Unconsciousness and the Illusion of Knowing

Unconsciousness and the Illusion of Knowing

Here is a little definition of consciousness and unconsciousness.

Unconsciousness thinks it is what it knows.
Consciousness knows what it is.

Unconsciousness is limited.
Consciousness is limitless.

Unconsciousness thinks it is what it knows.

I am a man ~ I am a woman ~ I am non-binary.
I am an amalgamation of my parents’ DNA.
I am American ~ I am Irish ~ I am Chinese ~ I am Swiss.
I am 26 ~ I am 48 ~ I am 72 ~ I am 14.
I am my body.
I live in a house, in a country, on a planet, in space.
I will die.

People are trustworthy ~ People are untrustworthy.
People need strong governance ~ People need minimal governance

The dictator thinks they know what is wrong and how to fix it.
The freedom fighter thinks they know what is wrong and how to fix it.
The terrorist thinks they know what is wrong and how to fix it.
The scientist thinks they know how things work.
The billionaire thinks they know how money is made.
My mind thinks it is me.

Unconsciousness thinks it is what it knows.
Consciousness knows what it is.

Unconsciousness is limited.
Consciousness is limitless.

Unconsciousness is not “bad,” it is the compost in the nursery of consciousness. It is part of the embryology of consciousness.
Unconsciousness is part of the process.
We grow through the duality of unconsciousness into consciousness.

All pains are growing pains.
All my pains in the past were growing pains.
All my pains now are growing pains.
Any pains I might have in the future will be growing pains.

You start the process of actively participating in your growth in consciousness by allowing the possibility that you are more than you know.
